INDOOR WINTER TEAM PRACTICES
January 3 @ 4:30 pm - February 22 @ 8:30 pm
Indoor winter team practices will take place at the Rapid Fire Hockey Arena. We will work with each team individually, focusing on teamwork, positioning, lacrosse IQ, and team plays/strategies. Additionally, we may include some scrimmages during these practices to provide live game experience before the season starts.
📅 Dates: Saturdays • 1/3, 1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31, 2/7, 2/14, 2/21
